Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect, sort, and organize inventory according to quality standards and rotation protocols
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records using our remote-accessible tracking system
- Adhere to strict food safety and OSHA compliance standards at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through our virtual communication platforms
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report operational issues
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions (remote and hybrid options available)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in cold storage, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software (remote training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to facility (hybrid/remote admin tasks available)
