Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) in -10°F to 30°F environments
- Manage inventory rotation using digital remote inventory systems
- Ensure compliance with FDA and HACCP cold storage standards
- Coordinate with remote logistics team for order fulfillment
- Conduct temperature monitoring and equipment maintenance checks
- Train on remote warehouse management software (WMS)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for remote reporting systems
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
