Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated and frozen storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and automated inventory systems with precision
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and cycle counting protocols
- Document temperature logs, inventory movements, and quality checks digitally via remote portal
- Collaborate with remote supervisors using digital communication tools
- Adhere to HACCP standards and OSHA safety guidelines
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings via video conferencing
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Proficient with digital inventory management systems
- Strong written communication skills for remote reporting
- OSHA 10 or Food Handler certification a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to Scottsdale facility
