Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and HACCP protocols
- Monitor and document temperature/humidity levels in storage zones
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks efficiently and safely
- Perform routine sanitation and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in 0-40°F refrigerated environments
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
