Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in cold storage conditions
- Inspect products for quality and proper storage conditions
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
