Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated zones
- Inspect and load/unload temperature-sensitive products
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Inventory management and cycle counting in cold facilities
- Sanitize equipment and work areas per FDA standards
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely shipments
Qualifications
- 6+ months cold storage or warehouse experience required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly in cold environments
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
