Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 45°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment safely
- Inspect and document product quality/temperature compliance
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments with precision
- Adhere to HACCP and GMP safety protocols
- Perform inventory audits in cold environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in cold conditions
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays
