Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal refrigeration temperatures in -10°F to 40°F zones
- Safely load/unload perishable goods using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect inventory for quality control and document discrepancies
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all operations
- Operate warehouse management system for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient distribution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
