Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct quality inspections and inventory management in cold environments
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for refrigerated facilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, temperature monitors)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient distribution
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (freezer zones) for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
