Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain sub-zero temperature zones (-10°F to -20°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP and FDA compliance standards
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using proper stacking techniques
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and temperature control
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (thermal gear provided)
