Responsibilities
- Load/unload temperature-controlled products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain precise storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) via monitoring systems
- Execute inventory management using WMS software and barcode scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate refrigeration equipment and troubleshoot minor issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in sub-zero temperatures
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
