Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely
- Inspect and record product quality/temperature during loading/unloading
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in FIFO systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/cold storage experience required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in sub-zero temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
