Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions (-10°F to 30°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive goods using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts in cold environments
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold storage facilities
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Perform routine sanitation and equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (preferred but not required)
- OSHA 10-hour General Industry certification (training provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently with proper techniques
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
