Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and manage inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature-monitoring systems
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols for food-grade storage
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods and document inventory levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in cold environments
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
