Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for inventory movement
- Inspect and sanitize storage areas per HACCP standards
- Document inventory using warehouse management systems
- Comply with OSHA and food safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading refrigerated trucks
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0°F to 40°F environments
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
- Team-oriented communication skills
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
