Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity levels in -20°C to 4°C environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient product handling
- Perform inventory audits using WMS technology
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Rotate stock using FIFO principles to ensure freshness
- Document temperature logs and equipment status
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in -20°C environments for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Attention to detail and precision orientation
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
