Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated/frozen products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Monitor and document temperature-controlled storage conditions
- Operate cold storage equipment safely per OSHA standards
- Inspect products for quality compliance and reject damaged goods
- Follow sanitation protocols for food safety (HACCP compliance)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F refrigerated environment
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
