Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks
- Inspect and organize inventory in temperature-controlled zones
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (certification provided)
- Complete daily sanitation and quality checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- No prior cold storage experience required
