Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Inspect and rotate inventory using FIFO principles
- Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and facilities
- Document temperature logs and inventory movements
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces per HACCP standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures below 32°F for extended periods
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Commitment to safety procedures and PPE usage
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Background check and drug screen required
