Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with proper safety certifications
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA guidelines for food handling protocols
- Perform quality control checks and report temperature deviations
- Sanitize equipment and workspaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and pallet calculations
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to safety compliance
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
