Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory counts and track stock rotations
- Operate cold storage equipment following safety protocols
- Sanitize and organize storage spaces to meet HACCP standards
- Monitor and report equipment malfunctions immediately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in environments as low as -10°F
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
