Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Efficiently load/unload refrigerated trailers using pallet jacks
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in FIFO systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment after training (pallet jacks, conveyors)
- Sanitize workstations and equipment per company standards
- Document temperature logs and quality control checks
- Collaborate in fast-paced, team-based operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Stamina for standing/lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 facility in St. Louis
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
