Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) using digital monitoring systems
- Inspect and organize inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature-controlled transport vehicles
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and HACCP compliance standards
- Perform routine sanitation of storage areas and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs in real-time
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (4-8 hour shifts)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
