Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using forklifts/pallet jacks
- Conduct quality checks on perishable goods and report discrepancies
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols (HACCP, OSHA)
- Operate warehouse equipment and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Forklift certification preferred but not required (training provided)
