Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in sub-zero environments (-10°F to 30°F)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Inspect and sanitize storage areas per FDA and HACCP standards
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with temperature-sensitive goods
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
