Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records in cold storage environments (32°F - 40°F)
- Operate temperature-controlled equipment and monitor climate conditions
- Inspect and sanitize storage areas to comply with food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members for efficient warehouse operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in refrigerated facilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
