Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer units
- Safely handle and organize perishable goods using FIFO protocols
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment
- Conduct routine inventory audits and stock rotation
- Adhere to strict OSHA and food safety regulations
- Maintain clean and sanitized work areas
- Collaborate with team members on loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (0°F to -20°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
