Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control in refrigerated/freezer environments (-10°F to 45°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely
- Inspect and load/unload temperature-sensitive products (food, pharmaceuticals)
- Adhere to strict sanitation and HACCP compliance protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Document temperature logs and equipment maintenance records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in cold environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/nights as needed)
