Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated storage units
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload temperature-sensitive shipments
- Inspect products for quality compliance and record inventory data
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety protocols for cold environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Perform routine sanitation and maintenance of storage facilities
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures (32°F - 0°F)
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Drive location
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
