Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated areas
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with temperature-sensitive goods
- Adhere to HACCP and food safety protocols
- Perform quality control inspections on perishable items
- Sanitize and organize storage areas daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/cold storage experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to train)
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
