Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in cold storage zones
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory checks and update warehouse management systems
- Follow strict sanitation and food safety protocols (HACCP compliant)
- Operate cold storage equipment including blast freezers and coolers
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
