Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) in sub-zero environments
- Monitor and document temperature-controlled storage conditions
- Pack, label, and organize perishable goods according to safety protocols
- Perform routine sanitation and maintenance tasks in cold storage zones
- Conduct inventory counts using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA food safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F (-23°C)
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
