Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Inspect and operate forklifts/pallet jacks for safe material handling
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP) and sanitation procedures
- Conduct inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload shipments while maintaining product integrity
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (-10°F to 40°F)
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility for rotating shifts including nights/weekends
