Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in -10°F to 40°F storage zones using digital monitoring systems
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (OSHA-certified)
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable inventory
- Adhere to HACCP protocols for food handling and sanitation standards
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Participate in monthly safety drills and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Willingness to work rotating weekends/holidays
