Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Conduct quality checks and inventory counts using RF scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in cold environments
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining product rotation FIFO standards
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs digitally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-32°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory documentation skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
