Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize palletized products in cold storage facilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks following OSHA safety protocols
- Monitor and document temperature/humidity levels in storage zones
- Sanitize and maintain equipment per food safety standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Participate in quarterly physical inventory counts
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -10°F) for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and documentation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility
- Attention to detail in safety and quality control procedures
