Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move refrigerated products safely and efficiently
- Maintain strict temperature controls in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Inspect and sanitize storage areas according to HACCP standards
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining FIFO inventory rotation
- Complete inventory counts and documentation using handheld scanners
- Adhere to all OSHA and food safety protocols
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
