Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated storage facilities
- Inspect, sort, and organize inventory according to safety protocols
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products efficiently
- Document inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Perform routine sanitation and maintenance checks on equipment
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
