Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move and organize refrigerated products
- Maintain precise temperature controls in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Inspect and sanitize equipment/facilities to comply with FDA and HACCP standards
- Load/unload trucks with attention to product integrity and safety protocols
- Inventory management using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends as needed
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
