Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for inventory movement
- Inspect and load/unload temperature-sensitive products
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance
- Inventory management using RF scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
