Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated storage areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move temperature-sensitive products
- Inspect and sanitize equipment/facilities to meet FDA standards
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Document temperature logs and safety compliance records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
