Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (0°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products following strict protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using digital systems
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas with FIFO compliance
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and HACCP guidelines
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting equipment
- Document handling activities using warehouse management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to operate industrial equipment after training
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
