Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated products
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA safety standards in cold storage environments
- Load/unload temperature-controlled trucks using proper techniques
- Conduct quality inspections of perishable goods
- Participate in paid training programs covering equipment operation and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (32-50°F)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
