Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in storage zones
- Inspect, sort, and prepare perishable goods for shipment
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP compliance standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (32-40°F) for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to the 2450 Cargo Way facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings
