Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control in refrigerated and frozen storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using RF scanners
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload shipments and verify product integrity
- Conduct routine sanitation and facility maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -10°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
