Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload temperature-controlled shipments using powered industrial equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and cold storage monitoring systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in refrigerated spaces
- Perform quality control checks on perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (4-8 hour shifts)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Atlanta facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
