Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality compliance and packaging integrity
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP standards)
- Complete inventory management tasks using warehouse systems
- Collaborate with team on efficient loading/unloading operations
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces per OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments
- Willingness to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check
