Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our WMS system
- Operate temperature-controlled environments (0°F to 40°F)
- Adhere to strict food safety and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform routine quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No cold storage experience required
- Pass pre-employment background check
