Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment following OSHA standards
- Monitor temperature logs and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols and HACCP compliance procedures
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements for cold environments
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 40°F (-18°C to 4°C)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Physical stamina to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Team-oriented attitude with reliable attendance record
