Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated warehouses (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment after training
- Inspect and document inventory using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards for cold environments
- Perform routine sanitation and preventive maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in cold environments (40°F or below)
